The service project S02 will provide sophisticated expertise and resources in biostatistics, bioinformatics, and systems medicine. Biometrical support will be provided to the individual CRC projects with a particular focus on the analysis of large-scale datasets, including single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) and immune receptor repertoire experiments. A major task of S02 will be to combine, contrast, and integrate the results of the different projects to arrive at a comprehensive systems level perspective of the molecular pathomechanisms of pemphigoid diseases.
